L-function plays an important role in number theory. In this talk, we will consider the L-function of meromorphic (quasi-)modular forms. Unlike the classic case, we will introduce the technique of regularization to define the L-function and prove some properties of such L-function. Moreover, we will also discuss the structure of the space of meromorphic (quasi-)modular forms.
