Many classical Diophantine problems are related to the arithmetic of quadratic twists of elliptic curves. In this talk, we introduce some recent progress on quadratic twists of elliptic curves, including Goldfeld conjecture, distribution of 2-Selmer groups, and arithmetic Rallis inner product formulae, etc.
